The bathroom toilet and shower had what looked like pubic hair everywhere

So bad I walked out. Checked in - room unsanitary. Cockroaches on floor. Carpet dirty and smelled. No shampoo in bathroom, so asked front desk and she informed me they were completely out. Didn't feel safe in the neighborhood.

Biggest Mistake Rooms are very dirty and old. For the price they charge not worth it at all.

Worse hotel and customer service And no supervisor Worse hotel review ever I got there to check in and told me it was sold out and top of that my License and credit card got stolen by some crackhead and the front desk guy didn’t want to be helpful until I actually called the police. Eventually I got it back but had to go through a lot of problems.

Disappointment At check in, I saw that they were VERY short staffed. The manager was cleaning the room as I arrived and later that evening I found that there was dog urine on my comforter, the toilet was not clean and there were dirty spots all over the floor. Obviously, the comforter was not even changed after the supposed “cleaning.” Also saw old napkins under one of the chairs in the “dining” area. It’s as if the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The counter was sticky the floor was dirty and the couch was dirty.

Epic fail Hotels.com Epic fail Hotels.com I booked this hotel for my husband and when he arrived, they didn't have a room for him. Late at night, he had to drive around and find a place to sleep.

Dissatisfied stay! Took a shower & drying my hair with towel & unwrapped my hair & there were blonde hairs falling out towel. I go to the bed & the wood flirts were not swept up & I had to put socks on to keep feet clean. I go to pull the covers back & found blood on the blanket. I immediately called the front desk & complained!!
