Doug is awesome and it's a shame he has to do sooooo much work! However he is always polite and accommodating.

ALOT of the rooms need upgrades such as some windows don't have screens, missing towel racks, non working garbage disposals, absolutely disgusting sofa mattress, way too much scented detergent used on bedding and sprayed into the air conditioning unit. Those are a few. Other than that it is quiet and most of the staff is friendly

All the front desk people and managers are very helpful and attentive
Staff was nice & helpful. My lightbulbs in my room were dead all 3 & the clerk came to my room to change them. The room needed alot of maintenance. It is clean but it is old.

Kitchen and bathroom sink were backed up and when it was told to the front desk they said they knew. That's so weird why would you put someone in a room without fixing it?
