All the front desk people and managers are very helpful and attentive
Staff was nice & helpful. My lightbulbs in my room were dead all 3 & the clerk came to my room to change them. The room needed alot of maintenance. It is clean but it is old.

Kitchen and bathroom sink were backed up and when it was told to the front desk they said they knew. That's so weird why would you put someone in a room without fixing it?

Our stay was okay. The staff at mid afternoon/night always had an attitude & always took her time to come & help. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
