Avid this place like the plague. For real. I read the reviews prior to booking this location. I am wondering who paid those people to give such glowing reviews. Check in clerk was short, rude and unhelpful. Lobby is ridiculously small and unwelcoming. Bathtub was filthy. Absolutely zero kitchen amenities. None. Not coffee pot. No toaster. No Utensils. Smelled like smoke, discourteous and charged me $11 to check in EARLY - room was ready - no extra work - hopefully they put the $11 to no smoking signs and kindness.

Nasty The room was filthy service was terrible I travel to Phoenix twice a week and normally stay in cheaper hotels. I decided to spend the extra money and stay here. I took pictures of how dirty the room was.

If you like sleeping in an ashtray, stay here Room 326 supposed to be a non smoking room. It wreaked of old smoke to the point my allergies acted up. Frig is quite loud. Rug dirty and couch- cigarette burns perhaps? Not worth the price point. Shower had no hot water, even though the bathroom sink did. Staff was friendly. Asked for a pan to boil water. Upon boiling, Non stick residue floated at the top of the pan.

Mattress had terrible stains. Rooms smelled terrible. The water from the shower did not go at all.

The property is in need of updates , everything smelled musky like smoke , the restroom bowl was loose so as soon as you sat down it moved back and forth , the shower head was broken too , glad it was just one night I stayed

The ac was not working properly. We would set it to 72 and it would keep running until we were freezing then it would get really hot and not kick back on at all. We tried different temperature settings and couldn’t get a consistent temperature. It would go from extremely hot to extremely cold all while the ac was set to the same temp. Had a kitchenette however there were no glasses, silverware, absolutely nothing to use. A wad of hair was caught on the shower curtain. The light breakfast is granola bar, muffins, and coffee. That was it.
