Worst experience It was my first time staying at Extended Hotel and it will be my last. Customer service was horrible. The beds were hard. The stairs were filthy dirty. I will never stay at another hotel or recommend to anybody really disappointed with my experience.

Cash not King Wanted to pay in cash and as the old saying goes, "cash is king" is not the managements mantra with this location. Checked out early and won't be staying there in the future.

Never again Employees were nice. Room had sickening sweet smell

DIRTY ! Good location as it was close to our destination so we chose the hotel. Had decent reviews, so we hoped that it will be Ok. Towels and linens were clean, but the furniture and upholstery was just full of stains - absolutely awful. Had to put towels on the chair to sit ...disgusting. No dishes in cabinets at all. We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. Needs a lot of work Stayed the night and our phone in the room did not work. The pillows were like rocks. The back of the bed headboard needed to be wiped down by me. The 2 chairs in the room were filthy and there was only one night stand on one side of the bed. The smell from the A/C vent was pretty bad. I didn’t feel like this place was the cleanest.
