They staff especially Kim was rude and was in her car doing drugs instead of helping customers it was the worst service I have ever seen
Not a good experience. Room was clean and humans were really helpful and polite but... 1. No ice dispenser in a middle of summer in Phoenix. Nonsense whatsoever. We had to drive around to buy ice 2. Parking area was a mess. Abandon cars, garbage, people doing oil changes and car maintainance, group of people smoking weed afte 9pm. Did not feel safe. 3. Pool area was used by non residents. 4. Breakfast was coffe and a couple of muffins. Definitely not a continental breakfast as advertised.

The location to places we needed to go to was good. We were disappointed because there were no dishes in the kitchen like they told us there would be, there were a couple guys dealing drugs from the backdoor by the pool who were staying in the hotel and the worst part was we killed three bed bugs in our bed. I have stayed in other locations and didn't have this problem.

The worst service and rudest people ever. The woman was super rude who checked me in. The maid woke me up at 8:00 and informed me, after walking right in, that she was cleaning my room next and pushed me out by 9:30
