Very good service we had an early flight in the morning when we got in to Phoenix. And they let me check in early!! Definitely will stay here again!!

They allowed early check in by Kelly. but all staff was good. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Tjey lied said they had a continental breakfast. It was granola bars and small muffins coffee tea. Nothing for my kids. This is why we chose this place , it accomidated my family size and the breakfast. Then this am i get a call as we were packing up to leave 4 adults and 2 kids that we were making noise. We were placed on 3rd floor. After asking for 1st floor because of medical reasons and and they knew we had a larage family in room with kids. Rooms are big but everything just feels dirty. Also there isn’t anyone who comes to clean your room while you’re staying there. If you need new towels you have to go to the front desk and get them yourself.
