Rooms were very run down and should not say free breakfast on site because all they had was coffee and granola bars! I have 2 children and we always stay were they have some stuff for breakfast so we don't have to leave like cereal and milk at least!!

Wouldn't book a room here again Our room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. It needed to be vacuumed and there was soap residue in the soap dish. I found strains of hair on the blanket and when looking at the fitted sheet I noticed it was put on inside out, leaving me to believe they may have just flipped the sheets over. Grab and go breakfast is a joke get their early if you want anything. And to put the cherry on top, on our day of check out the toilet got stopped up. S&R March 2015 Room was not cleaned upon our arrival (bathroom, kitchen, carpet. Had to go to front desk twice before someone actually cleaned the bathroom (hair in shower & toilet)over 24 hrs later. I cleaned the microwave, wasn't going to use a dirty microwave after someone else. Overall condition of unit was questionable at best. The "to go" breakfast never arrived on the 19th. Bedding needs replaced, mattress had no support and pillows flat as a pancake; nothing short of pathetic. I know all you probably do is add these ... read more

Not so good We stayed there 7 days and nights. We were told on 3 different days that our room would be cleaned the next day. It was never cleaned during any of those 7 days.

The Dump When we arrived there were loud fans running in the lobbly because of a water leak. The first room we were put in had a strong cigarette smell in it. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. We were put in another room that had no smoke smell in it. A couple of hours later an elderly couple walked right into our room! The lady at the front desk did not indicate that she switched our room, and the next employee at the front desk checked another couple into our room! Not great and definitely no frills. Had to bring towels to front desk for exchange. No plates in the unit- had to ask for those too. No roll away beds Front desk staff very pleasant. No services or amenities, no gym

Terrible dirty hotel Upon arrival to check in, the front staff was no where to be found. We waited 10 mins until the manager showed up, who then explained that they were swaped the night before/short staffed so she was cleaning the hotel rooms herself. The room was non smoking, yet smelled like smoke and Ramon noodles. Not only was the room dirty, food in kitchen cabinets, but we found SEX DICE in the room!!!!
