The app failed to mention 200 dollar incidentals deposit which would have been no problem except we just spent hundred dollars on cab to take us from I 17 catus to Ray and 58th st Chandler. Tobe stranded caring all our stuff around town.

Never again We arrived late and they wouldn’t honor the reservation and refused to work with us to get a room for the night I would never stay with that hotel chain again and it has also put me off for using Hotels.com because they were unable to work with us for resolving the issue

Toilet backed up. No maintenance to come up and help. I had to go back to the front desk and get the plunger and fix the toilet. It was a disappointing experience. I hope the next time will be alot better.
