I couldn’t check in because nobody was on front desk when I arrived

i cannot believe I paid as much as I did for this one night in such a dirty hotel. Stove was broken, ironing board was broken in half, iron did not work, hour later they found replacement ironing board, but no cover for it, that came much later...too late to iron before dinner. Holes in walls, stains in carpet, paint peeling from walls. Crowd of people hanging out in front of hotel entrance smoking. I would never stay here again for this price.

Dirty rooms , old furniture and damaged , hair all over the bed sheets . No cleaning the room unless you stay for 8 days . The dirty towels you have to take it to the lobby so they can wash them , they ask for a 200 dlls deposit to check in . If not they ask you to cancel the room , bad experience since check in . Not recommended at all.

I didn't like the fact that it was hidden. The staff was rude & very unprofessional. The tv in the room was not in working order. No one came to check on it. The shower was leaking water & i let the staff know but no one ever showed up to look at it. By morning the whole restroom soaked by the running water. Deposit was not refunded when they said it would be or we werent even given an apology for the way we were mistreated. They didnt offer to make things right. I would never stay there again.
