No coffee maker or cups were in the room. I went downstairs to ask for one but they didn’t have any coffee??!! During check in the guy seemed a little stoned, was having issues paying attention

Phoenix-Chandler ESA Nice, clean room at an affordable price. Staff is friendly, and hotel is near several shopping and restaurant facilities.

Very nice room, no coffee maker. Clerk told me coffee would be ready at 7 AM. Went downstairs and was told 7:30. $200 deposit at check in, overheard there might be an inspection required to get the funds returned. Very nice quiet room. Best sleep in a long time. I would stay again.

Just about exact same WONDERFUL! My stay was as GREAT AS ALWAYS, I just was not happy with the deposit for keeping the room in decent condition (which was completely refunded, less than a say after I left).
