The room was very nice, plenty of towels. Extremely comfortable bed, AND the laundry room takes cards and has 3 different vending machines with snacks and drinks! This definitely isnt a hotel for you silverspooned folk who complain about everything. Now some of the halls were dirty and so was the elevator but that was not from the staff. My room was big and and the front desk guy was very nice and helpful. He upgraded my room and the room was great.

I had reservation and when I want to the hotel and talk to the front desk they charge me and they charge me deposit then they told me let’s just check the room, after a minute he came down he asked me can I wait another hour because The room wasn’t ready He should have check the room before he charge me I think that is unprofessional just to tie me down.
