We booked 2 rooms and when we arrived the hotel was over booked. We had to wait for the front desk person to clean one of the rooms. The other room we booked was supposed to be 2 doubles but we were given a King with a roll away bed since they were out of room. My sister booked a 3rd room and they arrived earlier that day but had to request another room because the bathroom was not working and it stared to flood.
