My stay was highly enjoyable. Friendly staff. There was an issue with internet and my son does onling schooling other than that great.
I liked that it although it was next to major shopping/freeway, it was very comfortable and quiet. I didn't like the fact that there was no coffeemaker in the room.
Best front desk employees you will find anywhere. Always friendly and patient.
The room was very nice, plenty of towels. Extremely comfortable bed, AND the laundry room takes cards and has 3 different vending machines with snacks and drinks! This definitely isnt a hotel for you silverspooned folk who complain about everything. Now some of the halls were dirty and so was the elevator but that was not from the staff. I actually SAW other guests dropping their trash were they stood. Other than peiple being inconsiderate this place is great. Great staff and great environment. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by would stay there again
Front desk person was trying to be helpful but there was a lot of traffic with no masks on
My room was big and and the front desk guy was very nice and helpful. He upgraded my room and the room was great.
