Best service yet! Staff went above expectations. We had reservations at the Ray road location. We went to check in and they had no pet rooms. The clerk called the sister property on chandler Blvd and they did. She called Expedia for me and started the the refund process and insured the Chandler location saved the pet room. She needs to be recognized by her manager for going above expectations. She was favlous!
