Ok stay Overall was a good overnight stay, however my room was missing toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and towels, also the cleaning crew seemed to have stopped mid clean as there was still trash waiting to be taken out, front desk staff was very friendly but i had to sign so much paperwork, seemed a little extreme for check in, room was comfy enough and obviously is set up for a longer stay than 1 night, AC worked fine and shower was good, location is a little hidden but plenty of nearby needs such as food, gas, etc.

Bad Experience!! First, had to wait for 30 minutes to get help from the desk. When I got a help, I noticed I they overbooked me. Had to wait another 20minutes or so to get me a room. When we got a room, we walked in and it wasn't even cleaned yet. I had to come down to the front desk and had to wait again to tell them to find me another room. New room we got it was clean and I was like okay until I was about to take a shower. The floor of the shower, I saw men's hair. I just cleaned it by myself.

Third Night at Extended Stay. The front desk agent McTae was very apologetic about my experience with two mornings of no coffee available at all in the front lobby. The front desk lady that morning did come up right away to clean up the toilet that over flowed in my room #330, and got all the water up which was most appreciated. The third night in room #318 smelled of stale cigarettes, so I bought some air freshener, but it didn't help much. Extended Stay with mishaps. There were a few mishaps, toilet overflowed, non working desk lamp in the room, and no coffee in the lobby at 7:30am in the morning, two days running. However, bed was comfortable, room clean, and surprisingly I slept well, considering the room is right near the freeway. The front desk staff have good customer service skills, and did apologize for the mishaps. So, yes I would stay again.
