The signage for the hotel was small so we misses the turn but conveniently close to the freeway. I think we paid too much for the the condition it was in. There was a kitchenette but not in good condition. The room smelled like fried food for some reason. The sink stopper in the restroom was stuck so we couldn't wash our hands in it. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

Love this place! I love this place the staff is so friendly and willing to make sure your stay is the best it can be. They went above and beyond for me personally when a complication with my booking and made sure I was able to stay and took care of me along the way until it was resolved. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the best rates and great customer service!

This place went above and beyond! Thank you! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I had a big problem with booking my hotel at hotels.com and they helped me correct it and went above and beyond to make sure My family didn’t have to try to find somewhere else to go in the middle of the night. They did more than I would have ever expected and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place stay with clean rooms and outstanding customer service!

The overall stay was okay. I had originally called the day of check in to have a friend check in for me since I was at work. Front desk told me due to how busy it was, they would upgrade me to a 2 queen bed. Once we got checked in, we were given a single queen bed with a rollaway bed. I had originally booked a 2 double bed, so I wasn’t happy about the situation, but I wasn’t going to argue with them.

The front desk clerk was very little help, with attitude and ended up charging us about 2 hundred dollars more to add on just one day to our stay after messing up our reservation. It was a decently clean stay only thing I noticed was ants on the window seal. Bed was clean and lots of places to eat and places to visit near by.
