Nice Big Room, Night Manager, Horrible We arrived after 4:00pm for check in and we were told our room was not ready and that it would be at least an hour. The gentleman at the front desk said he would give us a late check out to help out. When we were able to check in we got to our room which was nice and big. Extended Stay is adequate, try another location. Escaped the cold winter storms of Santa Fe, NM. The stay was adequate, the kitchen was great and well stocked with Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Sink. The location was difficult because we almost always had to make a U-Turn to go anywhere being that it is located on the wrong side of the road. That wasn't a major issue but still was inconvenient, if i had known i would've picked another extended stay america. Great stay The stay was great for a concert getaway at the nearby Wild Horse Pass Casino.

Great Stay The hotel was great. There were just a few things I thought could be improved for future visits. The wi-fi runs incredibly slow and if you need it for work purposes it might be best to go to a Starbucks instead. The room cleaning service always seemed to skip my room for some reason so we had to get our own fresh towels and such during our stay. Other than that, it was a great experience.

stink room looks real good but smell like a room with pets bad cleaning my son and I we are allergist a dogs and we get a bad night firs and last night there

cheap, convenient, nice rooms The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was one of the cheapest options around the area but the rooms were clean ,surprisingly impressive. I would recommend this place. We were even late checking out but they didn't get too mad, oops.
