Nice for the price, but office understaffed The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a full-sized refrigerator and ample cabinet space for groceries in the kitchenette. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, but seemed very overworked -- we requested dishes and a coffeemaker, and I had to go to the office to pick them up myself several hours after they were supposed to be dropped off. Ok place, I'd stay again. Just overnight, to rest up for my bicycle races. Was fine for that.

Close to Motorsports Park; Bed ok - not great Bed was not real comfortable. When booking, didn't know this was a motel and only had weekly housekeeping. When we brought towels to front desk to get replacements (as told to do at check-in), there was no one at front desk at 7pm. Only had 2 washcloths and hand towels and we had 2 people and needed more after 2 days in room. :( Price was good for room and it was close to where we wanted to go.

Good for businessmen We stayed at this hotel for only 1 night because it was close to an event we were participating in. It seemed like they didn't have enough staff as lines were long at the front desk. If you want a coffee pot in your room you have to specify at checkin and then they give you coffee but no cream or sugar in the packet. The pool is very small and breakfast consists of prepackaged muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. There were no spoons or stir sticks at the breakfast area.

Very nice hotel First, we were lost on Chandler Blvd in Phoenix, late at night, on our way to the hotel. We called the hotel and the staff could not give us directions. We back tracked and were successful, but very tired. Second, staying at the Extended Stay America was very pleasant. Our room was large/open, with a King bed and a full size sofa bed if needed. Kitchen was a plus. Quiet with parking right in front of the room. So, we were surprised to find that we would not have housekeeping during our 3 day/night stay. But, ... read more

Nice property in convent location The hotel is right off I 10 and has everything around it. Food shopping Etc. Property nice rooms good. Would stay there again

Ran out of supplies for breakfast day we arrived. After a couple of days of just coffee and bars, I asked them why they didn't go to a local store. I was told that they couldn't do that because they had to go through corporate. I was also told that they were short staffed.
