Smelled like a smoking room When I ask the front desk they said all were non-smoking.

Check in was very slow due to understaffing. The location and ongoing construction made getting in and out hard. I had to drive 6 miles to get around a divides street to get .3 miles in the wrong direction.

Nice Big Room, Night Manager, Horrible We arrived after 4:00pm for check in and we were told our room was not ready and that it would be at least an hour. The gentleman at the front desk said he would give us a late check out to help out. When we were able to check in we got to our room which was nice and big. After reading other reviews about the pull out not having linens I checked that first and no there were none so we went to the front and asked and we were given some right away but we were told by the assistant manager... read more

Extended Stay is adequate, try another location. Escaped the cold winter storms of Santa Fe, NM. The stay was adequate, the kitchen was great and well stocked with Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Sink. The location was difficult because we almost always had to make a U-Turn to go anywhere being that it is located on the wrong side of the road. That wasn't a major issue but still was inconvenient, if i had known i would've picked another extended stay america. Recommended extended stayed Great place to relax. Overall very satisfied!
