There are a couple of staff members that spoil the whole bunch because they are so unpleasant and unprofessional.
The staff was very friendly
Front Desk Downfall We arrived for our reservation check-in at around 6:30-ish (it wasnt late at night). I expressed we would need dishes. We specifically stay at Extended Stays to eat in the room as much as possible and save money. The front desk girl (wish I caught her name) told me that she just got to her shift and needed to do the dishes, so "not yet."
