The patio area is only open from 8am to 8 pm. No designated smoking area. Staff made me get off patio because I was out there by myself @ 9 pm told me to smoke in parking lot

The air conditioner in my room wasn't working properly and when I sat in the edge of the bed it almost flipped over. The bathroom sink gets getting clogged.
