You get what you pay for. Room smelt like smoke. There were burn marks on the floor. Be aware that there is no house keeping services. There cycle is every 7 days. The kitchen is useless unless you take the time to get the pots and pans as well as plates and silverware. I don't believe they have enough for all rooms. They say just and they will provide. I was told it wasn't already in the room because they were sterilizing them. I didn't check in till 8:30pm. They were still cleaning them??? Sounds fishy. Would not recommend... read more

Grouse I've never been on a more dirty hotel, the carpet wasn't even vacuum , toilet was grouse, etc. Overall not a great experience.

teribble place this ho, tel has doors without diabled access makes it hard to even get in the place then I get to my room and refriderator not working which I reported at 7 am and came back at 4 , no action, clerk took no action, the second cleark ignores me and gets on the phone then they wont relocate me to another first floor since the elevator is also broke , this place is going down hill fast and oi am stuck here for 4 more days pleas let other customers know

Bad stay I had to leave my home in the middle of the night with my infant, and when I got there, the phone to the lobby to be let in was BROKEN! I banged on the door for 10-15 minutes before someone finally came and let me in. I was scared because a creepy guy had been watching us in the parking lot and now I was stuck locked out of the hotel waiting to check in! The hotel itself was in bad repair, the service was awful.

i'd like a refund for staying 2 hours in this un safe hotel that was filled with people who are smoking marijuana, feels super unsafe , I had a man walking around my car, the hotel room was unpleasant, and there were no cups or pans, the refrigerator was broken and the A/C only blowed air out.

I need a full refund for my booking. We got to the Hotel around 2am and even though they took our money they were already fully booked for the night and didn't have a room for us. Unacceptable and very inconvenient to then try to find a place at 2 am after being on the road for 9 hours. Please refund my full booking.
