Hotel overbooked even though I had a reservation, not able to stay at hotel, found out when arrived at 11:00 pm, representative sent me to another hotel from the same company, but it was too far from the place I needed to be the following day/weekend.

Don’t book The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The walls are paper thin. People are loud all hours of the night. They don’t clean your room. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me

Avoid, book somewhere else All I can say is avoid this place. We were told they are upgrading us to go into room to see they actually didn’t. The top bed cover was stained in what looked like food. The amount of dust collected on areas out of eye level make me believe this place has never been deep cleaned. The pull out sofa was the worst. Pulled it out to make the bed for my son to find urine stains and dried vomit. The person working that night apologizes, removed it and tried to find another for our room. This property is nothing fancier than a cheap motel. You have to request maid service, you have to call and ask for someone to empty the trash. You can’t get more towels in your room until you bring down the old towels to the desk and exchange them for new ones. Hotel is over priced. The beds were awful. I would have had a more comfortable experience tent camping then this hotel.

Rooms were not stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. It had to asked for a front desk. Did not feel like a safe environment

it states on hotels.com that breakfast was included there was no continental breakfast. we were given on e tiny shampoo/conditioner for check in of 5 people. check in staff was not very friendly informative

Generally room was a bit grimy - mold in shower, kitchen chairs stained. Toiletries - no lotion, conditioner etc. No in room coffee. Not any breakfast to speak of - they shouldn't say they provide anything. First morning no coffee in lobby.

Inte värt pengarna, dålig frukost Smutsigt och slitet hotell. Dammigt i fläktar och på hyllor. Slitna möbler, luktade illa i rummet. Värdelös frukost som bestod av kaffe, gröt och muffins. Man kunde inte äta frukost i/vid receptionen utan fick bära med sig allt till rummet
