Hotel très décevant accueil froid , moquette chambre très sale,clim très bruyante: obligation de l'arrêter malgré les 38° C .frigo bruyant , pas d'eau en bouteille disponible dans l'hotel. Petit déjeuner frugal et debout dans le hall d'entrée

Bad choice + Expedia dropped the ball, big time We reserved a queen room, non-smoking, with a roll-away bed. We checked in to find a queen room, smoking, no roll-away. I understand the roll-away, but the non-smoking was a deal breaker for us, as our daughter is highly sensitive (who am I kidding? we ALL are). The hotel said "oh well. EXP doesn't guarantee room requests, just the room itself". I asked them to move us, they were 100% booked. It was 10:30 at night, and Scottsdale was oversold (at least in our price range). Disappointing Stayed four nights in a one bedroom studio with kitchenette. The distance between the toilet seat and the water was so low that a man's privates would dangle in the toilet water. The toilet bowl was so stained that it appears that it hadn't been scrubbed for months. The utincels, dishes, glasses and pots and pans in the ketchenette look like they were bought from a thrift store. Not a nice place to stay Checked in late at night (I had confirmed an after-midnight arrival), and had to stand outside for more than twenty minutes, before a clerk finally showed up to let me in. Once I got to my room, I found the previous occupant's dirty underwear was in the nightstand drawer. I wanted to take a shower, but plaster from a very badly-done ceiling repair had fallen into the tub. At no time during my week-long stay was anything done to correct the problem. Smoke filled building Terrible this hotel is a joke. Sticky notes on doors for room numbers. I knew I was in trouble when I walked in and the lobby smelled like smoke. Never again I would rather sleep in a car . Had to by air freshener just to be able to stay in the room. I used the entire can.

Horrible experience Husband had surgery. Hotel 3 miles from surgery center. Got to hotel. Completely under renovation. Put us on the floor that was being renovated and had to walk through construction debrie. Had to ask to be moved. Staff should have not put us on that floor to begin with. Terrible paint smell made my husband's post op nausea real bad. Will never stay in this hotel chain again.
