Vanessa at the front has an attitude that’s one for the books. I have some choice words about her but I’ve got more class than she’ll ever have. We were house hunting & decided to stay here since it would be a couple of weeks. Our key was given to us in a folded post-it. I in no way agree with their business model: clean up after yourself (but don’t have too much trash otherwise you’re charged $25), pay $5-10 for cleaning depending on what you’d like done, tons of fees for “late checkout” (11:15 & later). they dont check the rooms before they assing them to you and they cannot use the key coding machin i had to go back to the lobby like 3 times cuz of that very bad service

No good. We stayed here for 1 night while in town for a funeral. Selected mostly due to location of services we were attending. VERY disappointed in quality for the price. Everything needed cleaning! Common areas had tables & elevator with smears of gunk on them begging to be wiped down. Room filthy. Nail clippings in nightstand drawer, brown gunk in phone cradle, dust on carpet along wall, other unknown debris in drawers, fabric desk chair so dirty I would not sit on it. The floors were filthy, looked like they hadn't vacuumed between guests. Lots of dust on the cabinet that held the TV. The kitchen sink wasn't clean. One of the worst properties I have stayed at in a long time.

Atrocious conditions Room one had wet carpets and a very musty smell. Cabinets throughout were filthy, paint was white and there were yellow streaks from old water stains all over them. There were white stains on the bed skirt. and the mattress in the pullout was filthy and uncovered. They were clearly not prepared to have 4 people stay in the room as there were not enough towels or blankets.
