Will never stay here again No silver wear or dishes available for the first 3 days no toaster or coffee maker available for the entire stay the room keys stopped working several times pool area was dirty had a hard time getting more towels never anyone at the front desk when you needed something

Beware Will never stay ever again. Get what you pay for but for 200 a night it was horrible. Horrible horrible service. Even the area manager was there when we checked in because of horrible service. Granola bars for breakfast.

Dirty Hotel! This was the dirtiest Extend Stay I have every been in. After the first night my wife and I moved out. They would not give us enough hangers for our clothes. The room keys did not work properly. The place was very dirty. When I was checking in there was 6 guests in front of me that had already checked in and was complaining about everything. DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION!!!

Filthy hotel, Rude management, unaccommodating, The night before we had called in to confirm they had availability as our other hotel had an issue. Our Expedia agent called and personally spoke ot a person at the front desk who confirmed rooms were available. We booked our hotel and confirmed a late check in. When we arrived just after midnight they told us there were no rooms and they didn't need to guarantee. I explained the scenario and asked to call the GM. He REFUSED to speak to me. run down facility/odd smell in room/poor service This hotel needs a serious update and renovation. The location is good but my room had a odd smell, was in pretty poor shape, and needs updating. In addition the front desk attendant was had to find when you needed something and was rarely seen.

Got to the hotel at 10pm and our room hadn't been cleaned. Front staff person had to clean the room while trying to managed the front desk. Breakfast was a chocolate muffin wrapped in plastic. Coffee ran out. One morning we had no hot water. The laundry room was under our room and ran all night. They only clean the room once a week. We shortened our stay so we never saw them.

first time in "Extended Stay" Never again! I did not know that they only cleaned the room weekly and you needed to bring towels to front desk to get fresh one each day. Also no wake up calls

No room was available after paid-for reservation. When I got there, there was no room available. According to the person at the front desk, my reserved room had been given to someone else at higher rate, because ' the revenue manager told them to sell the room at higher rate at first come first serve basis'. There were 6 other people waiting, including a couple with an infant baby. What is the use of making reservation and paying in advance if they won't hold the room. Overbooked I wasn't able to check in because they had rented out my room. Despite having already reserved and paid for it. To make matters worse they called the other extended stay to check availability and was told they had room. An uber ride later, upon arrival at the other location, I was told they were actually full. Horrible experience.
