Manageable There was no water in the pool, keypad on the Blackfoot wasn't working and employee got irritated that I was knocking on the door j stead of walking around the whole hotel to come through the front door. I requested a late checkout and was told 1245 was the latest. I was running a few minutes behind and was in the shower at 1243 when they were opening the door to come into the room.

Avoid Room was too small. Staff did not help with setting up bed. Upon checkout we were out of the hotel came back at 12:30 to find the hotel staff had taken all of our stuff to the front desk and effectively kicked us out. This was really bizzar

Recent stay The toilet got backed up and had to use a plunger as the maintenance was not in the facility in certain days of the week. Bath tub for backed up and had to have maintenance fix it the next morning. One of the women at the front desk seemed annoyed at my request for maintenance work. I would never get such an annoyed response at other hotels.

not a great experience Our room wasn't clean when we came back to it and we asked and come to find out that when you stay a week there they only clean the room once we were never told that. Then we had to go to the desk and exchange towels and they never had adequate towels for us they were alwayw out. A couple people that worked at the desk weren't that friendly. Low-down Ho-down I couldn't get help at the front desk the first night I arrived. Finally someone came to the front to help me. The second night, there was soooo much noise from down the hall. Come to find out, there was a big fight and a wall was breached. When I got back to the room, a dog was barking at me from the front window like I was attacking it. Gross Dirty Hotel The Hotel staff were poor right from the start it took 20 minutes just to check in, room keys did not work AC did not work we had to change rooms. Towels in the rooms were like something you would check your oil with old rags. Well then there was the pool gross! it was green with bugs in it.

Disappointed... Rooms are only cleaned after you stay for seven days - gross. The towels are as big as washcloths and if you need more towels, you have to take your used towels down and exchange them for new ones. We saw little tiny bugs crawling around the kitchen area and bathroom sink... I thought being in "Scottsdale," this place would be ok...it's safe to say we won't be staying here again.
John John was an absolute diaster to deal with. He was so rude and didnt care about me as a customer at all. I booked my flight through expedia for 3 night (which said right on my itinery and my email) the third night comes to sleep and he was said my reservation is only for 2 nights!
