Had kitchenette but nothing was in the room to use any of it. Had to ask for everything. No ice in whole building. Had to use credit card for pop machine. Was suppose to be free internet and could not get it the whole time I was there which was 4 days.
I had to spend about 30-45 minutes cleaning the pool myself so that my kids could go for a swim. The kitchen counter in the room had dried tomato seeds stuck to it. Housekeeper never even stopped by to see if we needed anything replaced/replenished.

Spend more to stay elsewhere! It was bike week in Scottsdale. Many attendees were staying at the hotel. Loud and late night group. Would have been fine if room was better soundproofed. Slamming doors, loud conversations as well as loud bikes in and out of the parking lot. Hotel did not provide maid service during my stay.

run like a minimum security prison. staff were unhelpful and usually only one person was on the front desk having to respond to multiple requests. it's bare bones and the place was dirty in all the common areas.

Musty hotel with no amenities Get there early or you won't get a parking spot, has kitchenette but, have to get dishes, coffeemaker, toaster, etc from front desk due to theft they said. Found a note on my door saying that they were doing cleaning maintenance on air conditioner units & I asked them to please wait till I left due to asthma & allergies & they were rude & said they couldn't even though they were there cleaning for 2 days after I checked out.

Do Not Stay Here! What can go wrong with this hotel, went wrong. I booked this reservation for my girlfriend who was flying in from Chicago on the red eye. When we got to the hotel it was about 10am. The girl at the front desk, lets just refer to her as "j" was very unpleasant and seem like we were bothering her. Nicer hotels in Scottsdale The elevator wasn't working for the entire trip & no apologies provided. Check in front desk lady was a little short & abrupt with her answers.

Very disappointing! There was NO night attendant when I came to check in at 1:00am. I waited over AN HOUR to be checked into my room, with various calls to management. I will never stay here again. Wifi almost useless unless you pay to upgrade. Barely any channels available on the television. Room felt gross.

Close to my grandsons football game Being an "Extended Stay" I expected to have amenities in the kitchenette such a glassware etc., there is nothing. Also, no ice machine, had empty ice trays in the freezer....The elevator made concerning noises. The staff was as helpful as they could be.
