Mass murderer was on our floor and we were raided We were raided by swat due to mass mirderer bei g our mext door neighbor. Hotel staff k ew he resided tjere and criminal history. Staff was outside with him in pool area 2 nights before tje raid

Close to restaurants The hotel was in a great location . Close to restaurants and stores. Access to the 10. The hotel hallway had some debris to our room. The main complaint was the lack of breakfast for the price. Power bars and pkg oatmeal that I use for backpacking. Staff was friendly . There weren’t any cups in the room to drink etc. Had to go down to the lobby. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Stay away. While the location was good, the hotel was not. The room needed a thorough cleaning. There was no tableware or pans for cooking even though I requested them on my second day there. Minimal towels were in the room. Maid service was non existent. The hot tub was o.o.s. and there wasn't a bathroom near the pool area necessitating you return to your room if one was needed. NEVER STAY HERE There are no words to describe the filth of this hotel. After checking in with the extremely rude front desk girl, we went to our room only to hear dogs incessantly barking in the room next to us and a bird squawking across the hall. Cheap hotel,over priced in a upscale area Rented 2 rooms in what I thought looked good on web site. Rooms had no hair dryer, no iron no tissues and the toilet bowl was loose and it rocked back and forth. Windows you couldn't see out. Hallways were dirty. Reported... so they moved us to a different room that room had the same problems. Reported it again... They told us we were not the first to report the problems. Extended Stay. Grab and go breakfast was choice of granola bars. Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. Not sure the smoke alarm was working. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

It was terrible!! The day bed was nasty ! Has stains on it ,(I took pics ) No sheets on it !! Plus when I called the front desk about sheets o they had them alright after waiting 25 minutes for them to get to room I call was informed I have to come get them ! I was never told I had to get them at first when I called !! So throughly DISGUSTED TO FRONT DESK WE WERE LEAVING AND CHECKING OUT !!
