Wouldn't "extend" my stay Came for a business trip and booked in for four nights. Strange location and had a hard time finding it late at night. The hotel front desk was extremely nice but did not know the area, suggestions, directions or ANYTHING. I was given the room at the end of the hallway which was right next to the outside door. No matter the time 4pm-6am the door was opened, slammed and slammed right against my headboard. Horrible night sleep all 4 nights. The room was clean but had a bad smell (like old cigs). The room smelled awful when first going in. And every time you left the room for a period of time and went back you would smell the same awful smell time and time again. I dont know whether it used to be a smoking room but there was a permanant awful smell. Will not stay there again.

No Pillow top beds or useable pool/hot-tub. Five nights of rotten sleep because the bed felt like sleeping on the floor. Could they please make their investments into pillow top mattresses or at least a memory foam top. Question: Why have an outside pool and hot tub if you are not going to clean them...so they can be used. Tree droppings covered the cement and filled the bottom of the pool and hot tub. Forget Staying at Extended Stay, Scottsdale, AZ There was No ice machine in hotel.....period Ice tray in refrigerator was empty !! When I brought to front desk, she said put water in it, and you will have ice tomorrow!!! Absolutely ridiculous..... No silverware, plates, glasses, cups, or utensils in room.... Have to order stuff up ala carte and get at front desk........ No daily room cleaning No new towels unless you go to front desk personally

worse service It took about 10 mins to get "buzzed" into the hotel. Front desk clerk was not dressed appropriate. Once in the room we found toilet paper on the floor, hair on the sink, a backed up tub and only 2 towels. Couldn't find anyone at front desk to get a plunger or more towels. Very disappointed. Will never stay there again

Under remodel This place is under a VERY badly needed remodel. However, the condition of the rooms are such that they should not be renting them during the construction. Horrible condition rooms, bad musty smell in rooms, things look old and badly worn.
Hotel needs to be updated. Needs lots of cosmetic improvement. Widen front entry for better wheelchair access.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, though it is an extended stay hotel they had no body or hand soap, shampoo etc. The pillows are terrible, take your own. Pool was green and they had no towels by the pool. Only one time was there someone at the front desk for service, twice she was outside smoking. Breakfast was a joke, no milk or juice for kids.
