Biz stayer Bathroom reeked of urine. I don’t think room was well cleaned.

Extended inconvenience. Could not get WiFi to work for entire 6 night stay. No maid service.

Dishes and utensils provided not clean. TV remote had leaking batterys. Small bathroom had an extended shower curtain that had to be moved when using tge toilet.

There was no staff available to check us in for a half hour when we arrived at 9:45 PM. The room had no hangers to hang our clothes and appeared dirty. We'll never book with these guys ever again!

1, they put me in the room which was occupied by someone. 2, another room which had leaking refrigerator. 3, they charged me for room again although I paid via Hotels.com.4, not received refund yet.

Rooms were awful for the area and price. Bathroom door scraped against toilet every time you open it.

Friendly service, unsanitary place! Ashley was very friendly and nice. Room however the entire first floor smelt like urine, very disgusting. Will never stay here again. Unsanitary. Upon check out they claimed that they could not give me back my deposit because hotels.com has not yet paid for my room.
