No gaurantee that your booking will work. Even thought they accepted the booking. They did not have any rooms when I reached there.
Squeaky bed, woke up sore. didn't have silverware, glassware or plates. Bed was uncomfortable and loud. Refrigerator made a dripping noise all night, was not a good experience unfortunately.
They called and tried to move me to another hotel

They don't clean the room or bring you clean towel

Smelled like a dead body There was a very foul odor that was on the entire floor. Ask repeatedly to get moved to another floor but was told no. The fire department and an ambulance crew showed up at the offending room. The lady in the room would not allow them in. There was something terribly wrong with this situation but the management refused to do anything about it. On the second night there they finally moved us to another floor at midnight. dirty and broken !! ohhhh where to start. bathroom door inside our room couldn't shut as the door knob was missing part. There was a dirty towel hung over the shower curtain rod. Toilet was incredibly dirty and gross. Bandaid on the hall floor for over a day now. Hot tub jets don't work. Gym a/c doesn't work. Never Again The room above mine had a dog that played with a ball with until late evening hours and would often bark. In the morning I tried to change rooms but was told the people above me were "checking out". Left for the day, returned around 10PM the 2nd night only to have the dog still there. Went to lobby to change rooms, receptionist was challenged and unable to "multitask".
