The staff were friendly and professional. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway and room.

Very clean with professional service. Well done.
Weird smell in hallways. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No sheets or Pillows for sofa bed in room

Sounded like the window was open, we could hear everything from outside.

Bad coffee, loud housekeeping staff Laughable breakfast offering. Muffin and weak coffee. Nothing else. Room was next to housekeeping and apparently the walls were made of paper....nosiest housekeeping staff in history. Boisterous laughing and yelling that went on for 30 minutes.
