Friendly staff When checking in the lady in the front desk was very nice and very helpful my family enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

Rather like an unexpected guest. NO kleenex, paper towels, kitchen towels, wash cloths, no hand towels, replacement TP, bathroom trashcan, clothes hangers, drinking glasses or cups, plates for the microwave, only one chair; just like they weren't expecting quests. I can understand no pots/pans or table ware

I booked a two bedroom “suite” for my family and when we arrived we were told multiple people booked the same room and it was no longer an option. I’m not too sure how you book the same room multiple times to multiple people so it was frustrating. They did however give us two rooms for the price of one so my husband had to stay with a kiddo in one room and i had two kiddos in my room so it wasn’t very family friendly. Wouldn’t stay there again.
