Room nice. hotels.com is a joke Hotel was ok and the front desk was very accommodating. Hotels.com on the other hand didn’t book my room and then would not give my telephone number to hotel when hotel notified them that they didn’t have my room available. Had to show up late at night to find out room was not available and had to take a different room without the needed accommodations or go somewhere else.

When we arrived the person at the front counter acted like she was not happy to see us. She then informed us the room we booked was not available. When we pushed her she finally gave us a room that was 1/2 the size as what we had reserved. When we got to the room there were no pillow cases on the pillows and we had to go to the lobby to get them. not a pleasant experience
