5 day scottsdale stay It was a good stay pretty close to everything. Thai food, walgreens, liquor store. You could uber/lyft to old town which was cool. Only thing was I had a big water bug in the sink upon my arrival. Scared me but I killed it so everything was good after that.

Close to restaurants, shopping, theatres. Love the convenience of a kitchen for keeping water cold and ice cream bars frozen. Didn't use the pool but water looked clean and inviting. This is the 5th time we stayed at this hotel's Scottsdale location. It's in Scottsdale travelling East and near Phoenix travelling West.

Not doing that again even though I have to wake up I had requested a king size bed w no smoking for my reservation. Upon arrival I was told that pets have stayed there. I told representative that I'll start sneezing like crazy so please another room please. I was given a queen size single bed but the front door did not close properly. Not secured against door frame. Back entrances to the building had very foul smells. Kind of smelled like urine. Front desk staff was very unprofessional. I made the reservation for 2 nights and paid in advance on Orbitz. I checked in at 11pm and got a call the next morning at around 11 saying I had a balance of $150 (which was more than my room stay) that needed to be paid by the end of business day or I had to be out. Stole money Hotel took money from my credit card for no reason without permission - had to deal with crap and lost money for international fees took my husbands credit card because they had to give us 2 rooms because room type was not available Hotel in itself was good but taking money without permission is stealing
