Nice location, accommodating staff Staff tried very hard to be accommodating. However, hotels.com quoted me a different rate AND required prepayment at check in. I suspect the failure was by hotels.com, not the property. Recommend you have a copy before paying. "Breakfast" was only coffee or tea, and instant oatmeal, protein bars, saran wrapped muffins.

Inflexible checkout time This is a very adequate hotel in a great location. It’s not a 5-star hotel but it is priced accordingly. For the most part this facility is well maintained with comfortable beds and ample parking. The staff is friendly. My biggest complaint is that the ventilation fan in the bathroom is incredibly loud. BIKE WEEK AZ I picked this hotel only because of price, location and the kitchenette. It frustrated me most that it took five times with the front desk to get my kitchenette kit. The Furnishings Inside the Hotel or old somewhere need a replacement or repair for just a replace to sleep and have simple food prep for my needs.

Nice rooom It was very nice, the room was clean and tidy. The only thing was the smoke detector was beeping and I called the desk and advised them. They said they would send someone down to check it. I had to fix it and reset it myself before bedtime or I wouldn't have been able to sleep

It was pretty good. The room needed to be updated. Fan cover in our room was off and wires and fan were exposed. You could also hear noise from other guests, rooms need to be better insulated.

Good location & good price Room was clean with nice decor. I read some people didn’t like having to ask for dishes, but having them delivered to your room ensures they are clean and haven’t been sitting unused in a cabinet collecting dust. Hair dryers and coffee makers with coffee can also be delivered to your room, The location is quiet and the price for the North Scottsdale Road was great. Look elsewhere. Zero toiletries except towels. Counter top was dirty. Toilet was disgusting. Woman who checked us in ended up cleaning the toilet.
