Nice Stay But.......... Dear Hotel Manager, My stay at your hotel could have improved in two ways. One, request someone on staff to clean up discarded cigarette butts that were littered about in stairways and outside hall ways. It just looks bad. It is not just one or two butts, but dozens. Two, Housekeeping should have done a better job before room is rented. On the main room work table, there was a sticky spill mark from a previous guest. Spring Training It was okay. Quiet center of Scottsdale good for traveling to the minor league parks around the area.

Easy access in a very desirable area. No onsite services and few are walkable. Apparent long term guests were loitering about property, sitting on the staircases, while smoking. Noticed this at all times of the day up to 9 pm. Very limited TV content available.

One washcloth and no cups?? The folks in the office were great! The room was clean and quiet but it definitely showed age with chips in the bathtub and sinks. The towel service was ok since I knew about it but there was only one washcloth for two people—really? Wealso could have used some paper cups to drink out of and a trash can in the bathroom. Rooms for guests staying only for a few nights might be stocked differently. I paid a lot for two nights,and definitely wasn’t pampered!

Expensive "motel 6" Spring traing in Az. all hotels expensive. This is a bare bones room with a bed, terrible but not nice either. Found old empty whiskey bottle in the closet. Actually closet is a rack with a curtain. Door was very difficult to open. Shower faucett would not shut off, huge leak. Way below normal standards, stayed here for the price $200 per day. I won't make that cheap out mistake again.
