Upon checking in I went to go take a shower and to rest but I couldn't help but look at the the bed first. When I peeked under the blanket I noticed someone else's body hair all over the sheets as well as some glitter(???). So I walked out to the front office to kindly inform them that I need housekeeping -that's when the girl at the front desk told me that housekeeping leaves right around 3 p.m. when check-ins begin. Looks okay until you get close. Unit was aged. Some permanent grease stains on walls near stove. Furniture not comfy; bed lumpy. One barstool had a sharp piece of metal on the footrest which cut me. AC worked well. Most days there were homeless people camping in the outdoor stairwells. They were polite but still... Definitely would not recommend.

The room was rundown and in poor condition. The shower rail was falling off. There were bugs scattered in the bathroom. The bed sheets had previous stains on them.

Nightmare To many disgusting things to mention but hotels.com fixed the reservation and we went elsewhere. Dirty, Drug infested, toilet not working and no maintenance to fix it. rude employees and understaffed.

St away from this hotel Dont spend your money at this place...room was dirty ...shower was disgusting

Dunnp Horrible!! Front desk was very rude!! The pool didn’t open until 11am. Very unorganized!! Deeply disappointed!! Never again will I step here again, I’ve already informed my personal and business community NEVER to come here. Room was filthy as well: please RUN!!
