Gave room away Despite having pre-paid and being guaranteed for late checkin, the hotel had given my room away when I arrived and would not issue a refund. Ended up getting a room at the nearby Howard Johnson, at the same price. Will never use this chain again.

terrible stay. It was so dirty. Worse hotel ever They change te room 3 times. we saw candies in the floor, insects, It was horrible dirty. The location is very good. The bed wasnt good neither. But the main problem is that it was terrible dirty

Dirty I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness in the room. The first room we checked in to had sheets that looked like they had not been washed. I lifted the matress and there were little bugs crawling on the box spring and the bed skirt was full of dirt and hair, and we found hair in the sheets too! We got out of that room quickly and advised the clerk. She was friendly but didn't apologize. We got a room on the other side. not very clean I was not aware that they only clean your room after 8 days. The stair ways and hall ways were very dirty.

Disgusting!! Health Hazard! Do not ever stay there Staff is rude and lazy. Urine stains on the sheets. The bedding was not changed between guest. Room had old food in it. Dogs in room next door barked all night. Air conditioning didn't work. Room was 98 deg all night. The worst hotel experience I've ever had!
