Nice outside, not inside The staff was very friendly and it was a quick walk to Old Scottsdale. The exterior looked nice, but the rooms were definitely in need of updating.

We picked this place only because it was the only hotel with a room available. What a mistake! No standards whatsoever. We had a pitbull in the room next to us and some pretty shady characters. Our door lock was broken and someone walked in on us. The place was filthy inside and out. Everything about Scottsdale was great except this place. This is the first time ever I’ve taken the time to write a review because people need to be warned. Total rip off. They couldn’t pay us to spend a night there.

Cleanliness was poor. Next door we had a puppy which was constantly barking and playing. Nothing was available for a quiet stay as my father was scheduled for surgery. We will not schedule here for any future dates.

The room looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Phone didn’t work when I needed to make an emergency call to the front desk. A vagrant was outside my door eating out of the trash at 2:30am! The shower had used shampoo bottle in it and the trash wasn’t dumped. Towels look like they were used. :( I would have left the hotel but got there rather late was exhausted. I didn’t plan on staying at a hotel at all the night. Unfortunately, things happen when traveling.

For the price the room was horrible! Refrigerator and mircowave were dirty. The t.v was also filthy..the bathroom sink was clogged!!. We should get a 75% discount...Expedia needs to do a bette check. Also add said had continental breakfast..no such thing!. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!..WE SHOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK!

Room was dirty. Towels were worn and had holes. Alarm clock was broken. Location was close to old town. Needs facelift to improve.
