AC didnt work, stuffy hot room, loud pipes. Carpet cleankng and AC cleaning at 930am on a Sunday.

Reimbursed Never stayed. Tried to check in late after being released from ER was told after arriving there doors were locked that thier computers were down, therefore they could not access my confirmation number I needed to go to another location. Unbelievable I was just released from ER...... TAXI CAB found a motel 6 for me. Now how do I get reimbursed?

Small and old This place is old and needs updating. A mini muffin and coffee in a narrow isle in front of the desk with no place to sit is not what I call breakfast. No coffee maker or cups or glass's in the room.

Nope Charged me for smoking in a smoking room and an extra charge of 58$ just because. Had to call to get extra charge removed and have an open case for 200$ “smoking fee”

No one at front desk overnight. Poor service overnight. Loud guests partying outside their room are not supervised.

Hotel amenities are worst then a1 star motel The room was dirty, the lamp was ripped off the wall, the stove was bearly working and the only thing they had in the room was towels, the tub was discussing dirty the curtains were stained

Not at all impressed. :( The hotel was pretty run down, for an Extended hotel it didnt give you that feeling. Made you want to just sleep overnight and go to another hotel. The trash can downstairs was over flowing, the table edges were all chipped off, the stove looked as though there was caked on grease that they couldnt get out so left it that way, cabinets were in horrible condition, you had to ask for anything you needed instead of it being already in the room which was inconvenient because you would have to lug it up t... read more
