Bed was wet (ugh) in several places; had a broken light; no cups & just generally sad

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. What a dump! Grime in the bath tub. No house keeping. Not nice at all.

I’ve stayed in a extended stay before but this one in Scottsdale was the worst! The microwave didn’t work, the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, there wasn’t any glasses, plates, knives forks or anything like that! Even when I checked out, there was a lady in front me complaining about the property and how she wanted her stay comped! I should’ve done the same thing. Never staying there again!!!

This hotel was in bad shape. More like an hourly motel than an extended stay

The cleanliness of my room was questionable . There was hair on the sink. Yhe mirror in the room was streaky and the sheets frlt sandy. The no. Dmomi g room smelled smokey.
