Bathroom had a smell of leaky pipes. Staff was adequately efficient.

Not a good place for a vacation. The pictures of the hotel and the actual hotel, do not match. No exercise room, no breakfast room, no hot tub, the rooms were very, very tiny (clostrophobic), and the pool was freezing (no heat). Pictures on the internet were beautiful, but this was more like a Motel 6. We will never go back to it. The advertising was a lie. We were not the only people who purchased this on-line.

It stinks! We rented two rooms. One room for a couple friends. There room smelled like raw sewage so they asked for another. It took them over an hour to get another room. Our room was mediocre at best. Bed was hard as a rock and the pillow was terrible. Won't stay there again.

Great location and hot water--nothing else I've stayed at Extended Stay. This one's a dump. Never cleaned the room. Had to wait two days to get a hair dryer. Frequently, nobody at front desk. Rooms very small and poorly designed. Horrible value..

Not a hotel! No maid service ( only once week), no kitchen utensils, no coffee pot, no iron, no hair dryer, no functioning air conditioner, so called breakfast was an old apples, packaged granola bars or instant oatmeal. No one told us these details when we checked in for a three day stay. By far the most disappointing hotel experience we've ever had at above average hotel prices.

I wont stay there again. I got there and they sent me to a room that had not been cleaned since the last person. They seemed more worried about who was supposed to clean then getting me set. At least one of the cleaning people, who I think was done for the day volunteered to get it clean. She was nice and did a nice job. I stayed in the car for 35 minutes while she cleaned. When I came back the next night to sleep I had to get out of the car and pick up the empty beer cans in order to park without hitting a can. Cigarette bu... read more

Arizona business trip Let's start with no one at the front desk for 15 minutes and go into there is no coffee maker in the room so that they can clean rooms faster to the drug bust at 4 am. The hotel is in a great location but I will never be back and will tell anyone who ask.
