This hotel is in a super great area but there is much to be desired with the facility. The room floors were dirty and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There were no kitchenette/coffee pot supplies in the room. We requested kitchen stuff and nothing was delivered. The outside garbage cans were overflowing stinky and the walkways were stained and sticky. The picnic area was totaled with cigarette butts and trash. The area was good and quiet. Almost everything I needed was within walking distance.

Bring your own supplies The staff was super friendly and wanted to be helpful but.... We had requested 1st floor but those rooms weren't cleaned (even though it was after check-in time) so we got a 2nd floor room. The beds had the fitted sheet on upside down with no mattress pad. The counter by the microwave had ketchup spills on it. The fridge had food from the prior people. The bathroom counter had toothpaste that hadn't been cleaned up. It is well located (near by old town). The bed was not that comfortable, and the floor wasn't that clean. For a night or two, it worth to stay (mainly for the location).
