I had a minor lockout from a faulty lock and couldn’t access any of my things but they were great at correcting the problem and made sure I had a room. It was an error of door lock had its last turn. Overall I would recommend it if you like to access old town like a block away!

I like the location! It’s quiet and everything is very close to down town ok town walking distance!
Ok hotel, with very friendly staff Decent hotel. Not the best there is by any means but not the worst. Good location

Good location and price, otherwise a bit ske The location and price of this hotel are amazing, but the other guests were pretty sketchy, and were smoking cigarettes in the stairwell and right outside in the parking lots so the smoke went into our nearby room. The room was really bare-bones, but generally clean. We also had an issue trying to change our reservation from two nights to one--and neither the original booking source (hotels.com) nor the hotel was very helpful.
