Too much Construction The hotel was good, but there is construction EVERYWHERE! I would avoid staying here. Every ramp to exit to get to the hotel is blocked. You have to go 10 minutes out of your way to get there. Wasted more gas then it was worth.

The worst hotel I have ever been do not waste your money 1) first the people are not friendly, they think they are your boss however someone should tell them that they are serving us. 2) there is no house keeping in this hotel, you should do whatever you need, even in no star hotels they have someone to bring you what you need. 3) no hair Dryer in the room... can you imagine you need to go to front desk to get the hair dryer, towel or anything else. 4) it is said that the room come with breakfast, what is the breakfast? jus... read more

Filthy Room - Low Water Pressure - Construction The room was positively filthy with crud piled up on the floor in the corners where no mop or vacuum has been extended. Shower water pressure was lower than in the sink. No pots, pans, or utensils available. Road construction in this area makes hotel access next to impossible. I would have slept in my car if it were not for the fact that I paid for this nightmare in advance. I stay at ESA roughly 20 nights per year but this was the worst I have ever seen. Construction(long term,7 months)Heads up would have been nice. Could not use the exit from freeway. 40 minute turnaround to hotel. Toilet overflowed, called front desk. Response: "Come and get a plunger and some towels to clean it up. Delayed our departure by 30 minutes to dinner. Comp breakfast was a joke. Hotel and staff were nice but a little effort would have gone a long way.

Noisy hotel The only positive thing was that it was only an 8 min drive from downtown Pittsburgh. Other than that........ Could hear other occupants voices clearly through the walls, could hear people in the room above constantly walking around. Was like a cheap, noisy apartment building. Not impressed for the amount of money it cost. Felt like a cheap apartment building. Not a comfortable feeling being there. Too bad all the other hotels were booked and had to settle for this one.

Worst hotel stay ever The room was big but you can hear through the walls ,it was noise above us the whole stay the hotel did nothing about it and I called the front desk . The door to get into the room was uneven you can see through the bottom of the door.The stay was terrible

Good hotel but at a cost! The stay was good and comfortable but my card details were compromised over WiFi. Beware of this hotel and in case you choose to stay here, dont use their WiFi at all.
