Not the Best Bang for the Buck Extremely noisy. Person above our room sounded like they were stomping on the floor and moving furniture around 24/7. Not sure what was going on up there. Pillows were not very comfortable, flat and stiff. Also, went to shower and the shower head came flying off and water sprayed everywhere. Quickly shut the water off and screwed the shower head on as tight as I could.
Book most of my hotels for business based on location, breakfast and over all time staying. I will say, this hotel failed at all levels of my expectations. Had I really known how this hotel was, I would have spent the extra $6 to stay a mile further out at the holiday inn.

Our room was never turned over. The trash was never taken, the towels never changed, and new bed sheets were left on the counter for us to change ourselves. The "breakfast" was coffee and granola bars.
Not so nice housekeeping needs to clean under bed, remote control was nasty to touch, the alarm clock was visibly dirty, back of bathroom door needed wiped down. Carpet appeared clean. The mattress was comfortable. No one was at the desk when I came to check in. They were upstairs with a guest and 2 police departments reporting a laptop stolen from a guest room. get what you pay for Close to nothing. Asked for a smoking room but they were out. No dishes. Had to asked for a glass and a hairdryer. The phone didn't work went to front desk to tell them. 4 days later still didn't work. Probably WILL NOT stay again
Clean hotel Bad experience via wrong room and 2nd had leaky toilet. Staff accommodated our wrong room. Not much of a breakfast

Room was dirty.
Wrong beds. I was supposed to have a queen and pull out sofa and these was no sofa in the room. My boy had to sleep on the floor.
This hotel is the worst in Pittsburgh never again, when I did check in it was rather late and the front desk Gentleman was very helpful. my room was a direct story. after the first night I woke up with a bite. but I work outdoors I figured it was a mosquito bite. the second night as I was watching TV, the back of my neck started itching.
