Only Clean when checking in The room was clean when I checked in but was not cleaned after that. I inquired about cleaning the room and was told they only clean the room every seven days. If you want cleaning between it costs $10.00. Using the same towel every day was not acceptable. When I went to check out there was noone at the desk. I didn't have much time to wait as I had a plane to catch. I left without checking out.

Sketchy, untrustworthy employees Employees like to hang out in the hallways next to people's rooms, could be a drug deal, could be thefts. Maybe both. We were put into a room next to a couple females. They came in every night at 230, drunk, half stumbling half running down the hallways. They continued to dance and literally bounce off the wall for another hour and a half. Tried to call front desk.... no answer. Dirty The bathroom was really dirty and the room had a funky smell

Close to town Everything was good ,only problem was Expedia advertises "free breakfast" I would hardly call a muffin, banana and coffee in the lobby a breakfast. Had to take family to diner and spend money I thought I was saving.

construction was terrible!!!! no convenient exits to a from the interstate!
Human Taco Mattress so bad we felt like we just rolled to center and edges rolled up!

Extended Stay America, not a place I would suggest Not a place I would stay at again. Strange smells in the hallway (whatever some of the quests were cooking in their rooms). Not much in the way of insulation/sound proofing. You can hear right through the walls and ceiling. Some quests were quite loud. Was awoken at 2:15AM by sound of kids thumping around on the floor in room above me. Room is needing repairs (cracks in walls/ceiling).
