Seemed like everyones first day... So we check into the hotel and they have the wrong room booked for us (requested 2 doubles, got 1 Queen). Got that switched and they tell us they will wave the transfer fee (A fee for that in itself seemed odd to me). The room was clean and the air conditioning worked so I couldn't complain about anything. Didn't even try the TV since we spent little time in the room but the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure as well.I was woken up at 7 AM to the sounds of a guy breaking into ... read more

Dirty bedding very dirty and shabby sheets and duvet. Took forever to get some clean sheets and pillow cases.

Filthy, moldy, smelly hotel The hotel smelled bad and it was dirty. We found crumbs of food around the bed, then took a shower and the shower curtain had mold all over it. Then in the morning, there was supposed to be free breakfast and I went down there the moment it opened and there was no food for 2 hours and they randomly placed 3-5 muffins in the basket for the entire hotel. Say they have a breakfast but they only have coffee, oranges, muffins, and granola bars. Hallways smell, our room also smelled until we opened the windows and aired it out. Bathroom is tiny, can't shut the door if your sitting on the toilet. Staff was nice.

not happy the last time we stayed in this hotel it was wonderful, very clean and accommodating. this time there were 2 dead bugs in the blanket, the bathroom was dirty and I had to request cups and other kitchen items. my daughter in law held the room under her name and we were told we could pay for them on our credit card when we checked out, the person would not give us receipt or any information about what the bill was. later to find out they charged her card, even after I gave them mine at check-in. they said there was n... read more

Stayed one night terrible breakfast was never given money back for second night either by hotel or hotels.com only available room was smoking and cigarette smell was overpowering

Never go back again Lame breakfast, sticky room. Even gave us the wrong reservation.

It was a worst experience staying in the hotel. Room and entire area near room was smelling very bad and got sick breathing bad air.

Not again. The free breakfast advertised was just a muffin or granola bar. I was not happy about that. We booked here since it was supposed to include breakfast and save us from eating breakfast elsewhere. Some of the outlets in the room did not work. Niether did the lamps or the alarm clock. The tv service was horrible. Most of the stations had lines on the screen or werent in service.
