Need better cleaners Minus the cleanliness of the room it was great

Not happy I want to know why I paid for and reserved this room at 535am on 10-11-18 for one night and when I came to check in at 1015 pm the room was not ready I had to wait for it to be cleaned it's my understanding I can check in after 3 pm I have been staying at these hotels for 5 years now any where one is available have never had this problem I drove 130 miles to my destination to get to your hotel can you tell me why I had to wait ?

Room was clean, not any extras in room such as ice bucket, cups, etc..
