Not happy I want to know why I paid for and reserved this room at 535am on 10-11-18 for one night and when I came to check in at 1015 pm the room was not ready I had to wait for it to be cleaned it's my understanding I can check in after 3 pm I have been staying at these hotels for 5 years now any where one is available have never had this problem I drove 130 miles to my destination to get to your hotel can you tell me why I had to wait ?

Room was clean, not any extras in room such as ice bucket, cups, etc..

Was a last minute decision to stay at a hotel while visiting Pittsburgh. Hotel was nice. Even had a little kitchen. Check in took forever tho! No one was at the counter when we got there then it took around 45 minutes because the computer wasn't working right. Finally she just took a copy of my license and debit card. Nothing too bad. Maybe just update computer

It was a good stay It was a nice hotel I just noticed that the cleaning staff didn’t clean the mirror so it looked like someone flicked toothpaste on the mirror but other than that everything was clean and a quite neighborhood.
