Didnt like finding a hair in our "fresh" made bed. But when we went down we got new sheets so that was good. The items in the room and well used.. scratch or whatever but it worked for what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful maybe a bit rough around the edges but very very nice.
had to cancel because of late flight staff gave me refund on credit card with no problems
The hotel needs a general refresh. The tv was old, picture quality was murky. Furnishings need to replaced
It was a nice room. TV didn't have much to offer. Since it was a business trip that mattered.

we went to our room and the coverings were off the bed. We heard a man's voice in the room. When we went back down to the front desk and explained what happened she was surprised. She gave us a different room/
The hotel location was very secluded. I also booked a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. No extra toilet paper available, just the one on the role.
