Was a last minute decision to stay at a hotel while visiting Pittsburgh. Hotel was nice. Even had a little kitchen. Check in took forever tho! No one was at the counter when we got there then it took around 45 minutes because the computer wasn't working right. Finally she just took a copy of my license and debit card. Nothing too bad. Maybe just update computer
It was a good stay It was a nice hotel I just noticed that the cleaning staff didn’t clean the mirror so it looked like someone flicked toothpaste on the mirror but other than that everything was clean and a quite neighborhood.
This is NOT a traditional hotel. It is really meant for an “extended stay” so I can’t recommend it for anyone staying for less than a week. They will not clean your room each day. The only way to get clean towels is to bring your dirty towels to the front desk, and then they will exchange them for clean towels. The elevators and hallways are dirty. The rooms need some serious work. But if you just need an inexpensive place to sleep and shower and you understand that this is NOT a traditional hotel you will be fine. Lots of d... read more
